I'm drawn to fintech, distributed systems, and anything that moves money or data reliably across unreliable infrastructure. Day to day that means Ruby on Rails, Laravel, and Kotlin — with React Native and Flutter when things need to run on a phone.

Currently working on payment infrastructure at Relworx. I also have a growing interest in machine learning — less the hype, more the engineering underneath it. I wrote about it once. It got long.
